Day 1- Arrival at Entebbe

Arrival at Entebbe airport and met by our tour guide.

Day 2- Kla to Lake Mburo (5-6 hrs)

Morning pickup by our tour guide and you will drive to the Western part of Uganda. You will have a stop over at the equator and you will then proceed to Mbarara for lunch at before heading to Lake Mburo arriving at the park in the afternoon. After checking in at your hotel, you may decide to go for a walking Safari to the Kazuma Hill viewing point. You will see some buffaloes and antelopes.

Day 3- Lake Mburo National Park

After an early morning breakfast head for a game drive in one of the park’s game tracks. You will be able to see different species of animals like Hyenas, antelopes, herds of Impala, Burchells Zebras, Eland, Topi and many more. Takes 3-4hrs. After lunch, head for an afternoon boat trip on Lake Mburo. You will see Hippos which are very common in the lake and also different bird species like crested crane, shoebill stork, swamp flycatchers and many more.

Day 4- Lake Mburo to Queen Elizabeth (3-4hrs)

After your breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is situated astride the equator in the western rift valley through the beautiful green scenery of western Uganda. Arrive at the park for a late evening game drive at the kasenyi track. Here, you will see Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, and some lions.

Day 5- Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early morning breakfast, head to the south circuit in the Ishaha sector of the park. The main attraction is the tree climbing lions that are regularly seen. You also see great herds of buffalo and Uganda Kob, the Topi and many more. After lunch, go for an afternoon boat trip on Kazinga Channel. Here, you will see Hippos huff, Buffalos, different species of birds like the Great White and Pink-Backed Pelicans, Great and Long-Tailed Cormorants, Open-Billed Stork, African Jacana, Malachite and Pied Kingfishers on the shores.

Day 6- Queen Elizabeth- Kampala (7-8hrs)

Wake up early for a return journey to Kampala.
