Day 1: Destination Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

At the comfort of your luxurious hotel in Kigali, Rwanda, enjoy the best of your heavy breakfast. After, meet the driver guide and get highlights of what the 2 days Bwindi gorilla tracking tour from Kigali is all about. A short Kigali city expedition will follow and expect to spend at least 2 hours inclusive of touring the Kigali genocide site, Kirimonko market for fresh fruits.

Lunch will be served after city tour and you will then drive to cross to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Located in Southwestern Uganda, Bwindi features a number of accommodation options to retire for the overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking experience Bwindi & departure

Discover what makes Bwindi National Park and Uganda as whole exceptional destination with setting foot into the jungles of Bwindi to see mountain gorillas. These are rare apes, and today, it is D-day to meet, interact, get inspired, taking pictures and so much more. Briefing about gorilla trekking guidelines will be done while at the park offices by the park official.

Carry enough snacks, bottled water and dress well (consider checking detailed information about packing for gorilla trekking). Expect to take 2-6 hours and this includes challenging yourself in the tough terrains, dense vegetation and when you have found a family of gorillas, you one hour face-to-face.
